Breath Connectivity

IV

Athletes breathing versus diaphragmatic breathing.

V

Walk around the room (Use directions, levels and focus)

Now connect with your breath ass you walk.

Now move on the inhale and pause on the exhale.

Then, move on the exhale and pause on the exhale.

Combine the inhales and exhales as you move.

  1. While we were moving, we needed to change our target again and again, I learnt how to use my brain to lead my body movement and how to use my body movement to find one target, it was important to feel my own breath and to adjust my speed of my steps. The sound of claps did help me to guide me to find my own way to change my movement.

At the second part of movement design, I thought it was much more easy to close my eyes and design one movement without thinking too much, however, it was hard for me to connect and remember those movements in one series, because I designed the movement without thinking how to "link" them, so I need to adjust my body movement again to link all of the movement together, it train my balance ability and body fluidity.
